The Project managers are the creative and strategic heads of the campaigns. They are the liaison between the big clients that we work with and the projects themselves. The job role varies within these key areas:

• They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the clients including budgeting, volume, quality and compliance.  
• They are also directly responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of all aspects of the campaigns including overseeing all in-office operations and development teams.   
• They are also primarily responsible for the coaching and mentoring of management trainees through our accelerated development process. 

We expect our project managers to be a true example of pure leadership. The cornerstone of our management philosophy is that the project managers should be able to lead by example in all areas.  

To ensure our standards are maintained all of our project managers complete an organic management training program that gives them experience and expertise in all of the key functional areas within the project.
