All of our projects are stand alone and require our back-end operations staff to be cross trained in multiple different areas. This includes HR and recruitment, financial planning, accounting and finance, PR and advertising, general administration and sales support processes.
The work of the operations team must be done conscientiously. There is a great deal of correspondence between various departments which requires great attention to detail and a high level of organization.
The operations team must be able to anticipate the organization’s needs and take initiative to effectively move issues forward. Since the operations staff have many varied tasks with frequently unexpected changes they must demonstrate an ability to adapt to any challenge with excitement and enthusiasm.
