The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for delivering corporate and client specific training; performing administrative duties which may include tracking updates to training as needed.
Our team leaders deliver internal courses to classes of varying size (2-25 people) both in person and virtual classroom settings.
They attend/run regular office visits and client calls for updates to material and make recommendations to improve current curriculum.
They are also involved with the practical training of new staff during nesting period. They provide coaching and performance assessments prior to assignment of campaign. Ideal candidates in this role are looking for the coaching, training and development of all of the soft skills that are involved with learning how to effectively manage and develop teams.
